Grant Writing and Fundraising
Budgets are moral documents. Without an impeccable record managing public and private funds, seeking and respecting diverse voices, and cultivating an ethical reputation, we lose community trust. I believe that budgets are moral documents, and we fund what we care about. If an organization cares about education, accessibility, equity, inclusion, and diversity, they must put resources behind it and do so unapologetically.

Programming and Project Management
Shepherding meaningful work from ideation to evaluation. Across my career as an administrator and manager I have had the privilege of directing projects, organizations, and teams towards bettering educational outcomes, increasing accessibility and inclusivity, preserving history, and advancing research and relationships. I am meticulous in carrying out my responsibilities as a leader and manager, working with team members and partners to ensure that they feel connected. Here are a few of my favorites.

Ohio IDEA Part B Resource Management
I lead a team of seven dedicated public servants at the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce who manage $5.3 million in funding for students with disabilities.

Adaptation, Integration, and Arts
This Art Possible Ohio program places teaching artists in inclusive classrooms across Ohio providing arts engagement for students with disabilities.

CMA Pride
I coordinated the Columbus Museum of Art’s participation in the Columbus Pride Parade. This included changing museum policy to protect the rights of LGBTQ+ employees.

Summer Art Workshops
Columbus Museum of Art’s inclusive summer day-camp series inspires creativity, critical thinking, and brilliant art making.

Wonderball Experience Committee
As the Chair of the Experience Committee I leaned into the weird and wonderful on behalf of the Columbus Museum of Art.

Bridging Cultures at Community Colleges
This Ohio History Connection program provided professional development for community college faculty on the topic of Native Americans in the Midwest and their removal to Oklahoma.
Facilitation
Creativity is a practice. I work with corporations, families, students, people of all ages and from all backgrounds, making space for authentic connection and inclusive creativity.
