Ryan Cairney, MBA
I am a Human Resources Manager with 15 years of experience providing professional development, coaching, and soft skills development and an MBA with a Certification in Leadership. I see the beautiful and the ugly in how people communicate. I see firsthand how big personalities can steamroll less confident ones. I see how big ideas and innovation are crushed by the boisterous and boring. I believe that every person has a voice and the capacity to lead from an authentic place.
I work with managers, supervisors, employees at all levels, and organizational leaders on improving how they tell their story and communicate vision. I spend hours with groups in conflict. My goal is to drill down to the core of issues and help people and teams heal. I offer a unique people-first perspective that appeals to all personality types by blending feelings-based language and practical action-based steps with low barriers of entry. Perhaps most importantly, I create a space where people can try and fail on the road to finding success in their professional and personal lives.

Molly Cairney, MA
I have worked in public policy and nonprofit administration for 15 years across history, arts, education, museum studies, and disability advocacy and services. My personal interests include ecology, conservation, and preservation. Through all of it, my guiding principles have been stewardship and connection – making and holding space for people from diverse backgrounds and experiences to come together and make change.
I also have extensive experience in grant writing, contracts management, grants administration, and non-profit and public finance. I believe that budgets are moral documents and that we fund what we care about. I love bringing passion projects into funded realities.
